Rude and pathetic customer service at Big Bazaar Sahara Mall Gurgaon

Hi,

boss actualy i visited to your big bazar in sahara mall.so i was on to electronics way after that one of your exicutive behaved really rude me.and when i asked to him about his/her seniors number then he told me rhat i dont hav any numbers of them even we dont hav a feedback id.so thats the service your providing to a customer.im totaly disagree with it and one thing more im not going to move on again to big bazar.

his name is AJAY SINGH he had an i card of future group.i hope you try to sort of those things.
