Negligence in Ecommerce

Online transactions and execution is really bad. It will be great if you stop ecommerce. My experience with futurebazaar.com

1. Ordered blackberry phone online (black colour) and got violet colour phone

2. Ordered gift voucher online (4 nos). Got only 1 number

3. Order 5 gift vouchers online worth Rs. 2500. When tried to use them, it was deactivated.

4. Current issue. Ordered gift voucher worth Rs. 5000/- . Due to their technical error, order did not execute but my bank debited the money from my account. Still pending.
