Noc not given but cleared the loan amt

I purchased fridge in bigbazaar ameerpet. i cleared the total emi. but i didnt get the NOC. i called the future capital customer care. they said that your loan is cleared and no balance in your account and the loan is already closed. but i didnt get any NOC letter. But my name is updated in the cibil as settlement. i want to clear my name in the cibil. AND i need NOC. can any one please help on this.
