Touch Screen Not working

My name is Dev i had purchased a Fuze Zone Mobile from the day of delivery the product is not working ..The touch screen is not working and battery is totally waste, when we charge in the morning by afternoon it gets switched off... To be precise the mobile is not fit to be used need to thrown in dustbin... I want this either to be replaced or send someone to repair it or else pls tell me the near by showroom where i can repair it by myself i have the warranty card with me...
