Product not up to the mark

Hi, I had placed the order for Fuzezone X2 dual sim touch screen phone I have received the product vide order no 901237713 on 17/11. They have sent the product which has been already extensively used and the battery back up is pathetic and also the product is not up to the mark though they promote the product very attractively i am sorry to say i am starting to lose the interest on Homeshop18 and its credibility. I have formally filed the complaint with Homeshop18 for the refund for the product since there is a 15days money back guarantee and expecting to return the product soon
