Receiving Phone Audio

I have purchased G'Five D99 Model Mobilr srt one week ago. When I receive a phone call I can not hear from the Caller quite clearly and audio is very feable but when I switch over to H Free, audio wiil be ok but lot of other disurbances.

I want solution for very feable sound/audio out put when H Free is not activated.
