Body of the mobile is too delicate and software also is giving problems

Dear Sir,

I have been using Sony mobiles since past 6 years now and am glad to say that your services have been the best so far.

but for the first time i am having a problem using G900 moble. i got this phone hardly 6 months back. The body of the phone is so delicate the without even phone having bein dropped on ground or anything the phone is showing physical damage, and the service center is not even having a replacement for the same.

The phone has 5 mega pixel camera.. but myK750i takes better quality pictures then this one... The touch screen of the phone also has started responding late. there is a delay in actions of phn.

there are few things i would like to highlight:

1) the service centers are less in number.

2) if the phone is under warranty and the model is not functionla now then you should provides its parts at a lower rate. herre the body of this phone is costing so high that too without any fault from users side. the phone itself is having such a delicate body that even if we handle it properly then also it's going to create prolems.

3) proper covers/guards are also not awailable.

4) Software requires a time to time upgradation and still has many problems

If this all is the case within 6 months of my purchase i am sorry but my faith on the products offered by the company is ought to change. i have been suggesting my friends and family and convincing them on ur products efficiency but this time i have been laid down.

Kindly please guide me what can be done with this phone now, becuase the service center is not proving to be much of help, because the prizes offered for body replacement are too high and software upgradation is also not helping for the phones performance

Please kindly look into all this ASAP.
