Refuse to take the booking of LPG refill (Indane gas) without any proper reasons

On dated 26/5 i went to the above mentioned gas office for my LPG refilling but the manager of that office refuse to take the booking without any proper reasons or any written and locked my domestic gas consumer card and added he throw the unnecessary alligations againt me which is totally meaningless. My consumer no. 471337. Myself Rekha Paul resident of 40 satish Chandra Ghosh Lane Mahesh Serampore, Hooghly, Westbengal.
