Cooler totally damage

They (Gati) delivered my cooler in very damage condition, 3 wheels, 50 litre of water storage, 4 stroke wheel fan are totally damage, it is so badly damage that it can't be used anymore, as it became wrekage now.i logged complaint many time in Gati office and gati customer care, but they are not listening and they are not taking responsibility of this. And they are also rejecting from refund the price of the cooler.i went to Gate office imphal and met Pandey (Gati employee, imphal office mobile no. 9612167532) to resolve this matter, still they are not accepting my request.my gati docket number is.

So kindly look into this matter and take stringent action against Gati coureir service so that it woudn't happen again.
