No routine service even after AMC

Dear customer care exucative,

i bought my fully automatic washing machine on 29/08/09 with 1yr warranty and free service and i did an immediate AMC from 28/08 valid upto 26/08. to my surprise till now no service person have visited my house inspite of the full AMC COVERAGE. I am totally unhappy with your customer care. As a doctor i would never recomend your product to any of my relatives and friends. This is for your kind information and necessary action.
