Customer care centre cheating

Dear Sir,

This complaint is regarding the GEEPAS Customer care centre located at Vadakara, kozhikode. I am an NRI, working in Abu dhabi, I had purchased one GEEPAS torchlight, which was faulty. I sent the product to GEEPAS customer care centre at Kozhikode, by courier. Now it's been 4 months, till now the product has not been repaired and returned. I tried the customer care number so many times, they say the spares are not available, it has to come from Dubai. As a last attempt, I asked them to return the product as it is, so that I can repair it locally. But till now no response received. It seems like they are cheating me, as they are not giving any receipt for the products received for repair, the only mode of communication is the customer care number, which is not responding. So I would like to report this as a complaint, and expect some solution for this problem.
