GEM BATTERIES/ TUBULAR BATTERY
NO SERVICE NO REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE BATTERY

I bought a Tubular Battery make GEM Model No. GTX-10000 from Orissa Batteries Pvt Ltd on 18th October. Now it was found that, the battery is not working properly and getting discharged like any thing. As expected from a tubular battery, it is not providing energy at all. With ina period of 1 hour, all the energy is getting flushed out. Now I need a replacement of this battery. Other necessary details are provided below:

4. Date of Purchase: 18-10

5. Valid Warranty Card upto 2013

Kindly assist me for further action to be taken in order to procure a new battery through replacement.
