Genpure RO Purifier
No AMC (or) Service

I bought Genpure RO Water Purifier 1 year back. There is absolutely no service even after many calls. Filter which required regular maintainence became black. Now we stopped using filter and relying on mineral water for day to day use. Even after telling all these details to genpure service they are not turning up to service. Everytime we call they are saying they will come and doesnt come at all.

Actually they promised 1 year service free. I dont know what they mean by this service.
