Gfive Mobile is not working

I am Mrinal Gungwal, as I have purchased G'five mobile phone model no 9000i (copy of Blackberry Bold), from the time I have purchased it, its not working properly, I am facing lot of problem with it. No one is helping me regarding this. Kindly help me or suggest me what to do. Otherwise I will hand it over to my solicitor.
