Complaining about mobile service

Sir, i brought a gfive (w520) mobile five months ago, now it shows fauilty in searching new device, i sumit it to service center, it become 2 months but till i don, t get it back, they are not giveing any kind of service, they ignor my phone call, they give me date after date, please sir tell them to give my mobile.
