Hanging/restarting Problem

I have a proble in my handset. It automatically restarts particulary when 2 SIMs are inserted. My handset is new and has this type of problem. Hanset replaced with a new one but the problem remained same. In single SIM perhaps it is working properly as I found no such problem. Plz solve my problem as it is a software problem or other which can be sort out or not.
