False commitment

Myself Deepak Sonker and i have ordered two sony cybershot DSC S2100 and the order numbers were 107373 and 107376 on 5th of August and my telephonic conversation hasbeen done ny my Krishna, he asked my details and told me that your order will reach with in 14 working days, i called so many times to enquire about my product status, but every time mr krishna were hiding here and there, he don't want to be connected with me becoz he has to clear the things to me, iam fed up and now the 14 working days are also over, so its my right to cancel my order, and please ask my krishna (the telecaller) why he has do this to me???

so i hope you will cancel my order and give me the confirmation mail as soon as possible.
