Gift 360 / Sony ericision
Not providing support

I purchased sony ericision c902 mobile handset from www.gift360.com on 16-oct-09, it has a warranty of 1 year and now it not working. I went to sony customer service department to get the item repaired but the warranty is not valid in india. Then i called gift 360, they want me to ship the item back to them & to ship the item to them it is costing 1050 rs from delhi & i'm asking them for a favour if i have to pay 1050 rd then warranty is not of any worth bec if i repair this set in delhi it will cost me lower then the amout to return the item. I would request u to please file a case against gift 360. my order number is 76005
