Chimney complaint

Dear Reader,

This is regarding Gilma Chimney which we have taken in the month of January and lodged a complaint in the month of May 18th with Complaint No 1463 which has been adressed after a month and they told that some switch has to be replaced, after a week some executive came and took the chimney and told he will be change it and get back to us, Yesterday ie 22-6-10 they came and replaced it but unfortunately the piece which they have taken it was replaced by another piece which was in pathetic condition, today when i complaint they say that it is the same piece.

The service of this company is pathetic and no one responds to the complaint, Its a sheer Shame on the Organisation to recruit such Guys when you are in Service Industry...

I have been in touch with Mr. Santosh, Mr sabdhar & also the dealer in A.S.Rao nagar. No one able to respond to my call

Hence THINK before BUYING ANYTHING From GILMA..
