Gas leakage in the new stove

I purchased gas stove by name GILMA Double Burner on 22.07.2009 for a sum of Rs.1800/- from M/s. Varalakshmi Agencies, Indane Distributors, B-30, Anna Nagar East, Chennai-600102. While using it developed leakage of gas during December itself. I made complaint thrice and service has been done by the mechanic sent by the Agencies. But still the problem persists. The Agencies were intimated the same for replacement but they are not responding. I learnt that some of my neighbours are also having such problem with the stove. The company has forcefully sold the stove while registering for LPG connections. The authorities may please be addressed for immediate suitable action. My LPG consumer No.43502, M/s. Varalakshmi Agencies, Indane Distributors, B-30, Anna Nagar East, Chennai-600102.
