Defected products and poor support service

We have purchased the Gilma product and we have been facing products defects. in spite of charging for every visit by the officials or the representatives the products remains the same and service quality and product quality is pathetic. i dont know how the company secured the growth capital from the private equity investors.. what due diligence done by them..
