No replacement since 8 months, reluctant asters from dealers

TO WHOM SO IT EVER MAY CONCERN

I am Dr sreedhar reddy purchased a gilma water heater 200 ltr in march from local dealer near marathalli, praveen jain 9986035270. i paid by cheque. they delivered the water heater with in 5 days and it has been installed. after half day we noticed water is leaking from the tank. i brought to their notice immediate next day. they came for inspection and said manufacture defect. they said they are goin to replace it. they took videos and etc.

since that day they have been telling we will give it. to be honest i called more than 100 times to praveen, he says its not my business, it is service centers guy business. he gave another stupid no by name Mahesh 9740022448 to contact. i contacted him, he answered politely n said its on the way in the container. but it never happened. when ever i call him he says same story. i contacted many a times more than 100 times. i got fed up with calling. every time he answers with the same old story... coming.. coming. i contacted once again praveen. he talks reluctant. saying its not my problem. its gilma problem. they why the hell these guys run the dealer ship? i asked him to take the heater back and pay my money. he says it is impossible. after all fed up with calling every body and i found no solution. i don't know about gilma has a problem or dealers and staff. gilma has never appointed good service men either. they talk rude. I HAVE DECIDED TO GO TO CONSUMER FORUM TO GET MY MONEY BACK. i lost lot of my time to recover it. being a doctor i lost my valuable time and money.
