Repeated failure of Voltage Stabilise

I had bought three airconditioners from Girias Home Appliances in April. The stabiliser was also bought along with the airconditioner and it had the brand name of Girias. Since April, the stabiliser has been replaced twice due to defects and the Home Appliance company is indifferent to the quality of stabilisers. The Sales staff are also discourteous in entertaining the complaints as each time the stabiliser has to be disconnected, carried to the Sales/service outlet, replacement got and thereafter the entire reconnection process has to be done. Three failures within a period of 11 months shows very poor quality control apparently.
