I purchased bluetooth stereo headphone product "NOKIA BH 503" from DEALSANDYOU website and your company is vendor for them to deliver the products to the customer.

I ordered this product on 12-DEC and it is delivered to me today i.e. on "19-DEC" after 7 days. The product is defected and not even in a working state. Below are the details of the retail invoice reciept:-
