Knob faulty from company

I have purchase glen 3 burner product id 1073, while using the hob i came to know of the faulty knob part.

which will turn while cleaning the top surface, which is very dangerous to ours life.

i have made several complaints regarding this issue, company has send a person may be some helper of technician, who has instructed to change the knob and promise to chane it after 2 days. but after 1 month the complaint is still unattended. and reply to my calls please help before some unforseen happen
