I bought two electric chimneys of Glen company from Kitchern Planet, Inc in Gurgaon. One of the chimney is installed to our staisfaction but the other one was defective and the buttons. On the first day of installation the buttons started to malfunction and it was repaired on complaint but again it started to malfunction. On contacting the vendor again, he started to abuse and use bad language, he refused to help and it looks like we have wasted Rs 12, 500 for the chimney.
