Frequent complaints and poorservice

I have a glen four burner gas stove purchased in January. There are frequent problems in the ags stove wherein one or more burners do not work properly. this problem occurs once in every 40 to 50 days and I end up calling the service company, Chakra Agencies and then their peson would come and do some cleaning and then it will work for a few weeks and the same story repeats. Each time we hae asked the service agent what is the reasona dn he would say, something spilled, dust accumulation or ants... Despite my telling him that there is no question of dust or ants, he would say the same thing and go. They have a hopeless way of resolving things. First of all, I have to make minimum five calls each time for their person to come. The person never comes on the day promised. Next, they are never able to provide a proper answer or proper solution to us. Evne the manager who runs the compnay is rude. he has hung up the phone on me. My advice, please do not buy any GLEN product.
