Burner deficiency

I bought a Glen 3 burner gas stove in December. The burners do not work properly. Got them serviced within 6 months by a Glen service technician after repeated followups. Again all 3 burners are giving problem and inspire of my complain c06902 1 month back no one has turned up. Een the Glen sandwich toast which was given free with the stove is not good as the sandwich toast becomes soggy and tough so I have stopped using it. I may have to approach the consumer forum if they do not service the stove immediately or replace it as it is defective.
