Dear Sir,

This is L.N.Surana from Pune. We bought a Kent Purifier from Global Distributors pune around 8 months back. Within few months the purifier started giving troubles to which we complained to Mr. Pratik Bafna the owner of Global Distributors. Since then till date the Kent system is just giving us problems. He sends his service people to see the problem and commits to get it resolved within few hours but there have been no action on it. After several follow up to Mr. Pratik he says the person will come today or tomorrow etc and gives only excuses. Infact he also spoke very rudely to the ladies from our house who gave him gentle reminders for the repairing of the Kent Purifier. He just kept on saying he will send to repair but he has not sent yet. We called up Kent Toll free number but they said you have to get in touch with the person from whom we have bought. We are really facing health problems because the water purifier is not working.

Pls let us know what should we do and how do we resolve this issue.
