Hi,

I have IFB Dishwasher (Neptune) and it's under AMC with IFB. 1.5 months back (9th July), I'd put a complain for it's malfunctioning. Technician has visited my place twice, and yet the problem is not resolved. I have been following up with call centres, service centres and regional manager as well, but till date (40 days), the issue is not yet resolved.

IFB has to improve it's after sales service. I've been using IFB products since alst 14 yrs, but never faced such issue. If this scenario continues for long, I believe, I have to approach consumer court to resolve my issue.
