I have purchased prepaid card on 2nd August i have provided all the documents necessary under trai's guidelines to the same, After 6 days one massage i have received regarding submission of documents or company disconnect the mobile. i contact rcare and sole the problem and they assure that now no disconnection in future. But on18th August at 3.30 p.m my mobile disconnected, once again they told me to produce the documents. I once again contact Rcare and talk with Mr. Nirav parikh at 10.30 after 9 minits long waiting in queue. But after not satisfactary reply I talk with Mr. viresh chauhan. But there is no any result and they told that we are receiving your document but it was in damage condition. i told them i will submeet fresh document tomorrow. But they told me that after receiving your document we will start your mobile. I told them i submeet all document in good condition and you didn't give any warning about disconnection then how you disconnect my mobil but they told me we are helpless.
