Printer is repair and not working properly

Dear Sir/Madam,

We have registered complaints several times through toll fee number, but we haven't received any response from your service engineer. Every time we are getting complaint numbers from your respective callers after that nobody has come to our office.

We are suffering with the above printer since 14 days- because only reason of we purchased printer from Samsung Company.

That complaint numbers as mentioned for your kind reference.
