GM switches
Electronic regulator not working

Hai,

I am Santhanam from Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Since I had great opinion about GM switches I used only GM switches for my recently built house (construction completed on December). But within 4 weeks (During last week of Jan'12) two of the electronic regulators were not working properly (the fans are running only at full speed or they do not run at all). Hence I called the contractor to replace them. He also replaced both regulators. But within 50 days (now, for the past 4 days) the replaced regulators are also no functioning properly. I do not know what is the problem. Is this the quality of GM switches?
