Things not given as per the ad, accessorie s not working after day one, absolutely misleading adevertisement

ON the 10th of July I had ordered a. Elegant dual Sim mobile' from Indiatimes vide their advertisement in TOI of the same day for Rs.1999/- vide order number 201107101138015 which was duly delivered on 16/7 . The ad said anMP3 player was to be provided as well but on opening the package no MP3 player was found! The adoptor to charge the mobile stopped working after day one.

The advertisement i the TOI of the 10th July says that it has MP3/MP4 players in the handset, but it does not state that you need to buy a memory card to use them. Further it cannot be connected to a PC/Laptop to transfer songs/music to the handset as the handset has no software installed to do so. The advertisement given in the TOI is totally misleading and is simply deceiving the readers as it implies that the handset is ready to play the MP3/Mp4 as it is supplied!
