Godrej Airconditioner bought in had problem in 2010 with pcb and fan and motor after one year for we had to pay 3700 rs.for its replacement. In this also, ahmedabad service center quotes rs.10000, for which we paid rs.3700 due to interest taken by Mr. Rajan, mumbai goderj AC head. Than again in 2011 sept. 5th again problem with pcb, and machine not working for which technicians came to our place 4 to 5 times, but not able to resolve it. When we talked to Mr. Rupesh bhagat, branch manager, Godrej, he told us to keep patience, doing nothing for customer .he is not at all worried for customer.

we feel that defective model was given to us by company.

Company like Godrej is having such practice and such employees like Mr. Bhagat wont stand in market.
