GODREJ 0.8 AC
No response to complaint since a month

My 0.8 ton godrej ac started making a lot of noise in the month of may.

on 13th may i filed a complaint on the toll free number. the next day 2 ppl came solved the problem, but while reinstalling the a.c they pushed it so hard that the fan broke and the noise increased to a level higher than before. since then i`ve called up and reminded the authorities 4 times plus i sent a mail to the higher executive still no response came except a few calls saying that it was my fault in breaking the fan. why and how will i break the fan of my own ac.

now they are sayin its out of stock, which is again not possible coz the model is still being manufactured.

Strong action must be taken against them.

they haven't given me any complaint no. yet.
