Godrej / 1.5T split Air Conditioner (Godrej 18FM5)
AC installation not done properly

I purchased a 1.5T split air conditiner (Godrej 18FM5) on 05-08 from M/s Digital Vision, Opp. All India Radio, Vijayawada -10, vide bill no. ACN00122 dated 05-08 for Rs. 25, 800/-. Authorised personnel came and fixed the AC unit in my home at Koppuravuru, Guntur (Dist). To my shock, the person fixed the AC without display system and he ctold that he forgot to bring the same. He assured that he will come within two days and will fix the same. He never turned up. We tried to call the service center, nobody came. We approached the shop (M/s Digital Vision) several times in person and over phone, without any result. Finally I lodged a complained through this forum and some body came and checked the unit and removed one more part and gone. Later he called and asked for the guarantee card and expressed his willingness to attend the complaint. All of us were out of station on Official work, we informed him that we will be back by June 2nd. Meanwhile we got a message saying the complaint attended. We reached back home and called the Godrej person. He told he cannot attend the same. We have to lodge the complaint once again. Kindly address our complaint so that we can use our new AC.
