Defrost system failure

I purchased a 230 ltr fridge on dt 05.04.2010 .problem of defrost failure on 17.11.2010 (617408).but parts not change only repair, again same problem occur (633356, 16.04.2011), now recommend to change the same.my submission is that the above part is in manufacturing defect category and should be changed free of cost. I would be grateful to you if i would'nt require help from other sources in this matter.thanks
