Godrej AC Remote Missing from BOX AC not working

Sir/Madam,

I have Purchased Godrej Split AC 1.5 TON dt 23/1.from Reliance Digital Banjarahills Hyderabad. Same got delivered dt: 25/1 as per my instructions. Installation from Reliance digital came on 26/1 Found that Remote Was Missing and installation cannot be completed with out Remote. After N no of follow-ups I received Remote from Outlet which is not a right one to this model. After 13 days of purchasing AC not Lucky enough even to switch on AC. 3/2 received AC which is not a New one. But the Technician Confirmed that There is a problem in the AC as Compressor is not Switching on.

Even after 14 days after purchse of AC not able to use it.
