Service not provided

I bought godrej smart care contract on 26.5. valid upto 26.5.2014. I called the company for AC service on 1st April and was told that someone will report within 24 hours. But nobody turned up till 4th of March. 4th April i called up again and was again been assured that service will be provided within 24 hours. I was infact told that there will be no need to call again. Hight of irresponsibility is that no service is given till 6th of April.. I think we have no option left than going to the consumer court. How can this company say that they provide services for better life.
