Installation of ac

I purchased a new ac on 26th of may from big bazar ranchi, they inform me that on next day (27/05) ac will installed, but no one replyed me then i contacted big bazar they told me to contact with godrej customer care.i talked to customer care on same day they gave me complain no 193555 and assured me that within 24 hour they will install ac but on monday 28 may i waited for reply or for technician but no one attended me in person or by call.then again i called to big bazar they gave me contact no of godrej service centre office.then i called to service centre personnel ranchi they told me that they will install ac in second half on 28may after waiting till 4pm evening they didn't come and didn't call me.after no response i again call to godrej service centre personnel ranchi.now they told me that ac will install on tuesday29may .. but when i contacted godrej customer care on sunday 27 may they give me complain no 193555 &told me problem will resolved within 24 hours but no took my problem seriously... so please tell me how many more days i have to cry for installation of my ac even though i have paid for all this . am i a jaagruk grahak.i need solution.thank you.
