I Purchase a Godrej Split Ac 1.5 Ton on 06/05 from Gopal Electronic (Barakar). When I purchase Ac Distributor Mr Rajesh Kalra say 3 free servicing will provide no any tecnician come for free servicing within a year my Ac was not working on 18/04 from afternoon call Mr Rajesh Kalra and said my problem he lodge a complain on internet i received a message within 1/2 hour. complain No 112885 a service man come within 24 hours no any techician come 24/04 i complain regulary call center where is your echnician from 19/04 call center said regulary techinican come tommorrow. Technicain come on
25/04 at 09:30 pm My outdoor unit put down and open and close said to me outdoor send to asansol service station my autovan tommorow come nad hand over. within three days your problem solved on 26/04 no autovan come. I call again Mr Sarfarj owner of asansol service station he told me tommorow india close i send a van on 28/04 no bdy come on 28/04 at 2:00 pm i call Mr Rajan Head Office Mumbai I take action Vanm come 4:00 pm and take a my outdoor unit again i call 29/04 on call center he told 3 days your ac problem solved till date my problem was not solved today is 01/05 he told call on monday 03/05...
I think i not piurchase any product of Godrej Company...
Because his Service is very very poor and Service Station Asansol and Godrej Call center... every person make a full his custome
