Replace Compressor under warranty

I have purchased Godrej Air Conditioner vide Invoice No. 187 dated : 10/08 from M/s Kalyani Agency, Muzaffarpur (Bihar). After 15 days of Installation, The Switch Board stop functioning and in March'2012 (After lapse of 7 months) Compressor become out of order. On Complaint, the Serevice Centre, Muzaffarpur Take Compressor for Replacement one month ago, But, even after several reminders and personal contacts, Service Centre ignores my request for replacement., In such a Hot Summer, when will the Switch Board and Compressor shall be replaced.

Since AC is under warranty, Kindly arrange to Expedite my Complaint, else legal action shall be initiated after 15 days.
