Poor service

I brouht a window air conditioner of godrej company and company gave me one year warranty it is 10-08-09 to 10-08-10 and on 31-06-10 i have a problam in control panel display of ac. i book the complant on 02-08-10 to our near godrej dealer.even today nobody come here or solve the problam i am very upset from company, s attitute. please solve my problam.
