and it is a pity that the dealer did not bother to come even once to service the same, even after repeated calls.

now when i switched on the machine for this summer, the water is draining inside the room, after a long attempt at calling the dealer he has promised to come today, 3rd. March.

it is so pathetic that a highly reputed company like yours should select such irresponsible dealers, which in turn reflects on your credibility.

i would be highly obliged if this is looked into and resolved immediately.
