GODREJ Air Conditioner
Charged for service but problem not resolved & now not responding to complaint

Sir,

I have complaint to the godrej custumer care regarding my AC which is not working on 22nd june. My complaint no, is 2206236048.

I have also complaint to senior incharge Mr. Shah Alam & area incharge Mr. Nitin but no action has been taken yet. Now, even the are not picking my phone. There are only days left in my service warrant & they are passing time to avoid warranty.

I have also contact service centre in madhu Vihar where my AC was taken for repair & charged 2000Rs for gas refilled. Now they are saying no warranty left but there are still some days left in my warranty.

Please take some action so that I can get rid of this problem as soon as possible.
