Godrej - Air Conditioner
Poor Service - Not attended

Sir / Mam,

I had purchased air conditioner from Godrej last year June and registered a service call bearing no. 442894 dated 25/5 and till date (22/06) they have not attended the call nor they called me and informed the status.

In this extreme summer, air conditioner is in critical usage to many households and if it is not serviced well, it may not function at its best. I am completely dissatisfied the way the handled the call.

Kindly look into this issue.
