Swing motor not working from the instllation

My son senthil umakandan have purchased one ton godrej split air conditioner from Adayar viveks &co. on 26th marchfor Rs.22000 and add.the was delivered on 28th and installed on 30 th march.the day one onwards swing motor is not working.then it was immediatly informed to the vivek customer service.they informed that their staff will call you, please explain the problem.but nobody will condact us.then on 5 th April we have personally went to shop and informed complient and the complient was taken in to account and assaigned a job no.362540.afterwards nothing will happened. in the mean time myself and my son again went to the shop enquired about the complient, they simply saying weiting for spares.even after aperiod of two weeks they are not carryout the repairs.we are highly disappointed with theit service and we are mentally obset.we want remedy as soon as possible.
