Godrej/almirah
Late delivery of product

I booked a godrej almirah from Godrej Show Room (Kondapur Branch, Hyderabd) on monday 07 Feb 11 am. as i was moving to US on 12 Feb 11 early morning while purchasing I insisted upon timely delivery of the item. It was assured to us by Mr Raju (store manager) that the item will be delivered on 09 Feb 11 pm latest to facilitate our requirements. As there was a lot of packing required before moving to Us timely delivery of almirah was primarily important. However, the slackness and negative attitude from the staff of Godrej has caused an unwarranted delay in almirah delivery. so i would request concerened authority of gaodrej staff to get involved in it and get the almirah delivered ASAP. Item has not been delivered as on date.

Poor service.
