Non fitting of inside lock

I had purchased a Godrej Interio Almirah on 04/12 from Dutta Automobile, Benachity- Durgapur, a dealer of Godrej. At the time of purchase its lock (inside locker lock) was not available. when I insist them to provide the lock, they told that at present this lock is not available with them and it will be available within a week and the same will be fitted by their technician at my residence as it comes seperately from the Godrej Company. Now as on date, aprrox two months have been left, they have not fulfilled their commitments although after enquiring every time, they assured to provide the lock within a week. At this junction I am totally confused and in doldrums whether they will at all provide me this lock as it is evident that without lock the locker is totally useless. I am also thinking that I am being cheated by the company/dealer.

So I request you to advice the dealer to provide me this lock as early as possible as now a days it is not listening me at all. As we all have a very good faith over Godrej appliences so I request you to take necessary action in this regard for providing this essential lock.
